Classic Forged Line
USE AND MAINTENANCE


The natural wood used in the handles' construction of this line of forged knives, even if covered with a thin layer of natural oil in order to preserve them from contact with the liquid and make nice to the touch, should be treated with the utmost care scrupulously avoiding prolonged contact with water in order to have a product esteticamete beautiful even after use over time. The line of forged knives with handles made in special syntetic material and steel rivets make them diswasher safe under condition that neutral detergents are used and they are dried with a cotton towel upon completion
of wash cycle. Cleaning with warm water and neutral detergent after each use will prevent the adhesion of corrosive food particle on the blade. The Valgobbia's knife and tool should only be used for the purpose for which they was designed. Sharpening, if done using a grindstone, should always be performed with a cooling liquid; incorrect sharpening may compromise the technical features of the knife and could cause dulling of the blade and even breakage.
